Leader tracking software

Does anybody know of any software for tracking leaders' training progress? ie: Youth protection, fast start, etc.

 

Freeware would be the preference but anything could help.

I have two things that I am going to be using. There is a Leader Trax program. I think that I have it on my laptop, if you PM me I can probably e-mail it to you. and there is also a paper version of a form for tracking leader tracking. I have that too. Let me know if I can help you

If you're already using one of the commercial programs to track your Scouts, most of them have a module for tracking trainng.

 

Both of the online systems, ScoutTrack and ScoutManage have sections devoted to training (they have affordable yearly fees)

TroopMaster did a great job for my unit. We defined the trainings, and put them in!

I use TroopMaster too.. for Girl Scouts as well as Boy Scouts, and when I was a Cubbie leader, I used it for Cub Scouts. Well worth the money to me.

How about a simple spreadsheet? Put the adult's names down the rows, and the training names at the top of the columns. In the cells put a check mark or a completion date. A paper columnar pad used for accounting would work as well.

In addition to tracking it yourself with whatever software you choose. I recommend contacting your council and getting a copy of your record from them. You maybe surprised.
