Grey Owl Indian craft supply

Anyone used to get stuff there: I'm still reminiscing severely about their cool catalogue they used to do.

There is only 1 item I want from them, and that's a beaded Vigil Honor sash with legend on the back. Otherwise Crazy Crow Trading Post is the better place for Native American Craft Supplies. A little higher than Grey Owl, but better quality, and they do give a 10% discount for Scout groups if you purchase a certain amount. Never had a complaint with CCTP.

Crazy Crow has a large inventory, good prices and excellent customer service. It seems to be the preferred choice among my peers. I haven't heard Grey Owl mentioned for years.

Have to agree with Crazy Crow. Been using them for years, as have many of my friends.

 

Another popular supplier is Buffalo Chips. They usually run the trading post at NOAC.

Upon reflection, I do have a complaint about Crazy Crow Trading Post: everytime I get their new catalog or bi monthly Crow talks, within 10 minutes they are soakign wet from me drooling on them.

 

I blame CCTP for all the great stuff they have!

I remember Grey Owl from my days as chapter ceremonial chair back in the 80s. I did a lot of drooling then too!

At the time, I liked Grey owl a little better than Crazy Crow. But that was a long time ago, and both companies have likely changed!
