packsaddle
Hey, I already have two way-stations for the trip and I've barely begun planning! Thanks, I'll take you up on that when the time comes but I'm wondering how welcome someone would be after 800 miles. But this thread started with Eamonn and I'm wondering if he has had any more thoughts for himself?
scoutldr
I just said I'd meet you there...not spend the night with you ;-). But there is a mountain stream at the bottom of the hill suitable for bathing. A little chilly, though.
packsaddle
I'm already shriveling at the thought. Shivering, I meant shivering!
Nike
Eamonn, Do what you want to do, not what you think you ought to do because others don't want to. If anyone asks you to do a job you don't particularly want, come back with, "No, I don't think I'm up to it now. Have you asked, Bob, Jane, Ed, or Sara? I think they'd each be great in it." And let it go. 10% of the volunteers should not be doing 90% of the work. BTW, have you had a complete physical lately? If you've been feeling like too little butter on too big a slice of bread for nearly a year, there could be something up.
