Learn what works and what doesnt. How to make training happen. What makes a good course and what makes a great course. How to evaluate a training course you have developed and make it even better.

Learn how to target a training course for the planned audience Scouts, Youth Leaders, Unit Leaders, District and Council Leaders

Select a topic of interest to you and other participants and write and teach a Unit of Supplemental Training.

Share training ideas, tips and techniques with great Scouting trainers from all over the USA
