hendrickms24, I tend to agree. The boys may not say anything but most of them have sharper senses than we do and they don't miss much. They soak up everything around them and even if they don't say anything, they are processing all this information. Anything we can do to provide good examples of behavior helps.

 

I know I have a very sensitive sense of smell when it comes to tobacco. If the car ahead of me on the highway has someone smoking and their window is cracked open, I can detect it if my AC or heat is using outside ventillation. I'm saying this simply because it is something I have noticed although at my age it is of little matter to my health. But I do worry about the boys and the example set for them by adults who sneak around or, worse, are blatant about it.
