MaScout Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 With the efficacy of so many Districts/ Councils, ours hadn't even heard of this until we brought it to their attention several years ago. We had to tell them the catalog # to use to order the correct ribbon, so don't be surprised if you encounter the same thing if it hasn't been promoted in your area.
