Brian-n-Ga
As a new Unit Commissioner I would like to bring my packs together to share their good ideas (more than just RT). I'd like for Cub Masters to be able to visit other packs and see how they run. Any of you do this now? How do you organize it? EagleInKY
I have. Both as a Cubmaster and Scoutmaster. And, I would welcome anyone to visit our meetings as well. Learning from each other is a great method of improving both programs. Of course, Roundtables should accomplish this to an extent, but nothing beats seeing it in person. Eagledad
Hi all I'm not surprised that EagleInKy has done this. Visiting other units was one of my favorite ticket items in Wood Badge. I think its a great idea and everyone will learn a lot. I agree with EagleInky that nothing beats seeing it in person. Barry
Lynda J
I think visiting other troops and packs is a great idea. I have taked New Leader Training several times simply because I like the exchange of ideas. We are talking about seeing if a troop from another district would like to do a camp exchange and join us on a camp out. Think it would be fun. And it would give the boys to meet scouts from another district
