Junior Leader Training Help Wanted

My new Youth Leadership wants more training.

 

At woodbadge they talk about the 13 leadership skills including topics like Communication, Styles of Leadership, Knowing the group, or Knowing the strength of the group, or Planning, or ...

 

I have been unable to find so far any specific additional activities other than the Scoutmaster Troop Leader Training or the Junior Leader Traing Camp stuff that would allow us to regularly revisit, and teach these skills to youth leadership. I will take any ideas anyone may have. Contact me here and or potentially direct, if people have ideas I will set up a special E-Mail just to handle the coordination and sharing of some of this information.

I like to modify JLT each time so that it teaches something fresh and new to the boys who have been before. While, at the same time, hitting the key points for the first-timers and as a refresher for the repeaters.

 

I've found some information on the points you raise. I'll see if I can dig it up.
