Pandion
Hi all, Was a Scout back in the day and credit Scouting for much of my career (wildlife biologist and park ranger). I have been back into Scouting as an ASM for the past 4 years and am stepping up to take over the Scoutmaster roll now. My oldest boy is a project away from Eagle, my middle boy will join in March, and my youngest is jealous and counting down the 5 years until he can join. The Troop has a great troop committee but they are in the process of turning over to new leadership so we will have some growing pains there and we are looking to formalize internal policy to smooth over the transition period. Sooo I am going to have a lot of questions. I look forward to learning from you all! Edited October 12, 2022 by Pandion grammer

BetterWithCheddar
Thanks for making that commitment. You're probably the perfect person to provide continuity for your Troop, having already had the full experience with your oldest and another two in the pipeline. Good luck!
