Yes the scout interface is crappy which is more reason to do multiple testing before launching this on the masses so you get what you pay for which is "Nightmare in each council" Film at 11. Expand I can think of several that have multiple end dates based on when you register. YMCA is one. 4-H is another. Both have had significant post Covid membership increases. There are more obscure ones. The key issue though, as you note, is the dysfunctional interface. I'm not sure more testing would have been helpful unless it led to scrapping the whole back end and starting from scratch to actually buy, adapt, or professionally build a better portal. Tron
Membership loss on/after Jan 1st has always been an issue right? This is the first year where we have 2 major renewal deadlines though. What happens October 1st(ish) ?

Those are what their performance reviews is based upon. As for October 1st, I bet that is when most Roundups have been finished, and we get all the new Cub Scouts. Expand What I am wondering is what happens with all those new 12 month memberships that will start expiring around Oct 1st. If membership are no longer pro-rated, and if historically cubs are primarily recruited in September, doesn't the new membership model start to shift the expired membership situation to around Oct 1st? Will national shift membership performance reviews now?
