And we have had a couple of patrol names in our troop that I don't think the BSA would be crazy about either. Added note: I noticed some interesting patrol patches over at ClassB.com. I would say the cutting implement depicted on the "Armed Viking" patrol patch is also probably not BSA-approved. I am also wondering which troop has a "Bag of Mulch" patrol, and why someone seems to think that Eagles have mammal-like teeth. (See "Angry Eagle" patrol patch.) And I only got up to the B's... And I couldn't help turning to the next page and noticing the "Black Hawk" patrol patch. My son's troop once had a Hawk Patrol, but the patch involved a bird, not a helicopter... LOL By my count there are 24 patrol names there that begin with either "Fire" or "Flaming." I think the Flaming Sock Patrol is my favorite. Some warmth on those cold nights at camp...
