John-in-KC
This is from "The Scouting Shirt Shop" Did someone at National Trademark sign off on this? And, @@RichardB, did someone sign off on broken glasses? NJCubScouter
And why does his pack number appear to begin with a zero? There should be a disclaimer that no frogs or caterpillars were harmed in the making of this advertisement.
John-in-KC
I sent it off to BSA Licsensing.

Col. Flagg
Where is his buddy? LNT violations (frog, caterpillar, gecko tail, vegitation) Clearly this Scout was also caught in a time vortex. He went to the 2012 PWD but is only a Wolf. He should have crossed over by now. Missing his ten essentials. Did Akela know where he was?
RichardB
He appears to have failed in a safe environment, nothing soap and water won't fix. The Glasses were cracked before he arrived at an official scouting activity, thus no incident report. He is smiling, and will be asking two friends to join the Den this week. ValleyBoy
Looks like to me he had a very good time if the picture is not from just a made up picture from an agency.
Eagle94-A1
Atlanta Area Council made the ad, and others, a few years back.
Chadamus
I wonder if the target audience would pick this image apart like we do. Also, @@Col. Flagg welcome back

skeptic
I have been seeing shirts from this company off and on for a while now. One would think National is aware, though who knows?
Col. Flagg
I wonder if the target audience would pick this image apart like we do. Also, @@Col. Flagg welcome back Thanks. Life kicked in and had to fight fires...one of which was saving a unit where nearly all adult leaders and Life Scouts left Scouting after the recent news. Topic for another thread.
