Thank you everyone for the resources, links and info you have provided.  After all is said and done, think instead of making it to list all the USA councils I will do a booklet that does the councils in say a 500 mile radius.  Was thinking Northeast region but we have some that attend brotherhood camporees  in Cananda thus crossing over into  the Central region.
