Scoutinglady42
Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been a Scouter for 25 years in Texas and after a break just started back. I'm in Oklahoma now and it is a different experience! At one time or another I have been registered in most unit positions as well as some at the district level. I earned my Wood Badge beads in 1998 and have staffed 6 WB 21st Century. I am trying to learn all the changes to the program, My Eagle/Venturing Silver/Ranger son is now 30 and my Venturing Silver/Ranger daughter is 26 so things have changed quite a bit since they aged out. I am hitting the ground running, staffed EDGE in January and volunteered to be Cub Day Camp Director for this summer... something I have done for many years in the past. Wanted to join the forums to keep up with what is going on in the Scouting world....

Stosh
Welcome aboard, we'll try to keep up with you. At 65 years of age I try not to hit the ground running. Just running is a challenge now.
qwazse
Welcome! I generally just hit the ground ... unless I've set up a hammock.
