dmvcLoMonaco
Hello! I am excited to get started in these forums! I am a professional scouter in Wilmington, DE. I am currently the Lead Program Specialist in Del-Mar-Va Council's ScoutReach division. I am responsible for training any new Program Specialists who are employed part time to deliver the scouting program to inner city youth in schools, churches, and community centers. Most of these boys would not have the opportunity to take part in scouting if it was not for the ScoutReach program! I am also responsible for recruitment, fundraising, and development of the new Cub Scout program in our ScoutReach division where we do not operate our packs in dens but all together. I'd love to get to know others on here! Justin

skeptic
Another window is always useful. In my view, all professionals should try and get some idea directly from volunteers as to how the program is doing, and so on. They should not forget it really is the unpaid leaders that do the bulk of the heavy lifting and perpeturate the program. Welcome.
