Twocubdad
Is anyone else having a problem with this error message? Seems like the auto save function is gummed up. After a few minutes of typing I start to get this error. It seems to pop up about every 30 seconds.
Daped01
it has happened to me as well, i had a moderately long response typed up to a post, i got that message and lost it all. I gave up and never did give my response.
chrisg478
I get that message as well. Usually if I sign out and log back in I don't get the message again for awhile.
Stosh
Yep, been going on for many months now. Ignore it and the next time you come into the thread you have to pull the message back into the typing area and discard in order to get rid of it even if you have already posted it. Stosh
If I get that message I do NOT lose the message, it comes back and asks me the next time I come into the thread if I was to restore or discard it. I just restore it and hit send. Always goes through. As a matter of fact, it just happened to the posting I made just prior to this one on this thread. NJCubScouter
I just had the same "Invalid Server Response" issue while writing a post. All I had to do to get it posted was to log out, close my browser, write the post again in Windows Notepad, "copy", open my browser, come back to scouter.com, log in, get to the right forum, and "paste." No problem, only nine extra steps for one post.
