Kevin.MorrisNH
Hi everybody, i've been in scouts for 11 years since i was in the first grade, i am helping my father out by leading the tiger den since of course no parents want to step up and lead, they just want to sit back and watch already, so im here looking for some ideas on what i should do for the tiger cub skit, i havent got much time to think about it, as the meetings tomorrow evening, and i have school and finals coming up. so any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks so much in advance! Chisos
Here is my go to website for skits: http://www.boyscouttrail.com/content/skit/show-skits-all.asp There are a few short ones in there that Tigers could do.
peachybella
I like the Test. This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. In case of an Emergency, you will hear this. (All boys says BEEEPPP) for a few seconds. This was only a test. In a real Emergency, you will hear this. (Boys screaming and running around in circles) Not sure if this actually counts, but it is one of my favorites.

SSScout
Oh, they will love performing before the "public". Remind them to SPEAK UP and "remember the deaf old lady in the back row", as my drama professor would (always!) tell us!
SSScout
One more thing! Develop a skit that involves the parents! They should be there too! At CSDC, at my station (whatever it is), I always make it a point to assign duties to the Den Walker parents who "assume" they will be sitting down waiting..... No, I don't think so. Anita1216
If your group is shy (like my group was when they were Tigers), this is always a simple one that involves little speaking.. Required: 4 to 8 scouts chairs or a bench Preparation: Line chairs up in a row facing audience. Scouts sit on chairs. Script: All scouts sit on chairs and cross right leg over left and right arm over left and stretch out like they are resting. Scout on end: (to the scout next to him) Is it time yet? (each scout passes the question down the line to the end) Scout on far end: Nope. (each scout passes the reply back up the line to the end) (wait a few seconds) Scout on end: Is it time yet? (pass it down) Scout on far end: Nope. (pass it back) (repeat a couple times) Scout on end: (to the scout next to him) Is it time yet? (each scout passes the question down the line to the end) Scout on far end: Yep, its time. (each scout passes the reply back up the line to the end) When the reply reaches the end, all scouts stretch, yawn, switch their arms and legs and go back to sleep. Baseballfan
ask the Scouts!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't think it was a good idea, thought I would have to give them a skit, but they came up with one on their own that involved me driving a bus full of Scouts and at each bus stop, one of them got off the "bus" and made a Scouty announcement. Two of them were, "if you like playing games, join Cub Scouts!" and "Don't lose your slide!"
