On Monday, I will start doing exactly what you have suggested and hopefully it will lead to some changes in this district, and of course, get me what I want!! I have been been in Boy Scouts for years and never heard of this problem. I have a couple of suggestions for you. 1. Contact you Webelos Transition Chairperson and ask them to help you. If they are doing their job correctly they will jump at this chance. 2. Contact your Unit Commissioner and talk to them. 3. Attend you next District Committee meeting or District Commissioner Meeting and don't take no for an answer. These meetings are open meetings for any registered scouter in the district. If all else fails contact your Council President and put them on the problem. All the names and dates you will need should be in your council newspapers. Hope this helps.
