Eagle Foot Posted October 26, 2004 Share Posted October 26, 2004 For the ranks of Star through Eagle each Scout is required to serve in a leadership position, Troop Scribe, Troop Quartermaster, Patrol Leader, etc. To give this scout credit for that position how strick are you?
