What started out as a hike to Cadillac Mountain to watch the first sunrise of 2013 turned into a test of all their boy scout lessons. A 19-year old girl visiting from Florida along with a friend started the trek to the top, but lacked the proper attire and footwear. The gusty winds and wind chill dropped temperatures to single digits and caused her to be unable to move.
