Error uploading web items to Scouter on April 08

I cannot update our unit's SCOUTER.com web site.

 

No problem signing in; however, when I try to upload a new PDF file to update our newsletter (using Internet Explorer), I get the following message:

 

The website cannot display the page

HTTP 500

Most likely causes:

The website is under maintenance.

The website has a programming error.

 

I already sent an email to "contact us" but got no response.

 

Can someone help?
