Council List

I need to know the name and email address of the gentleman who put together the list of all councils. I have a copy in Excel format and I am referring to some information in it in a book about the History of Chehaw Council which is about to be released. The book is non-profit and will be posted on the internet even before it is printed. I need to give him proper credit. If someone knows the gentleman please email me.

[On a side question though...I have been working on attempting to put a list of councils together with thier website link. Do you have anything like that or know where I might find something like that?]

I also find it ironic that 2 different councils, with the same initials would be right next to each other numerically, and have a nearly identical URL. I wonder how many times members end up at the incorrect site when typing the address in from memory (.org vs .com).
