Etiquette Interest Project or Patch Programs

My daughter's troop is looking for an etiquette program. Does anyone have a council's own program we could look at and/or earn. I found one a couple years ago when they first started talking about including the girls (I heard last night the event has been five years in the planning), but I can't find it now.

The Wagon Wheel Council has an etiquette patch program - seems like it has 8 or 10 requirements - patch costs about $2.00.
