Eagle_23
I am looking for some help on a project i'm working on, I am looking for information on the history aroung the OA national chiefs, like when the first one was stuff like that. If there is a place on the internet that has a list of all the national chief and the lodges they belonged to it would be awesome. also if they have information on when lodges started making patches for lodge chiefs. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
shortridge
A list of conference chiefs and national chiefs, and the history of the position, is available on pages 37-40 of the Guide for Officers and Advisers: http://www.oa-bsa.org/resources/pubs/GOA-2010.pdf
Eagle_23
Awesome, thanks, that is exactly what i'm looking for. is there any information anywhere about what lodge's they belonged to?
shortridge
If you call national HQ, they might be able to help you out, and individual web searches can probably find the most recent ones. I can tell you that 1995 National Vice-Chief David M. Clark was from Nentego 20, but that's the extent of my knowledge.
johnponz
Bob Wade was National Chief in 1983 I think. He was from Ketchikeniqua Lodge 238. It has since merged and is no more.
Callmechief
2004 Jeff Hayward was from Tetonwana #105. He had a falling out with the lodge however and cut all communications relevant to the OA other than serving as a national advisor.
