need NEW local tour permit form

does anyone have a .pdf or .doc file of the NEW 2003 Local tour permit?

 

If so could you e-mail it to me? I have one paper copy, which I need for a trip. I have tried scanning it to save the blank for future use - but it doesn't seem to be working. All the links I can find (USSSP, Scouter.com, etc) are for the old permit.

 

I know I can get more at roundtable, but I like to keep as many forms as possible in my computer - that way I don't misplace them, or get them all dog-eared before I use them. I'm trying to get away from keeping so much paper.

Laura,

 

Our Council has a link to most of the forms necesary for running a unit on its website. however, I can't actually copy and past the direct link. go to http://www.bsa-gwrc.org/ and follow the path through the forms. Be carefull, as I think the first form you might come across is specifically for my Council. Keep going, you'll come to a complete balnk one.

I have the 2003 Local Tour permit in a PDF file format that is fill-in. I don't know if I can e-mail it to you at hotmail. I will try but sometimes hotmail and yahoo don't let you accept attachments.
