skeptic
Living in Southern California, it often has occurred to me that there may be a relationship to the vicious Santa Ana winds and the political season. Are there any parallels out there in other areas? An inquiring mind wants to know.
GernBlansten
I've noticed that in every political debate or campaign speech, the candidates are facing west. Could be a correlation. Which way does Rush Limbaugh face?
MarkS
Rush Limbaugh faces Al Frankin. If you're standing between them when they're both talking, you'll suffer third degree wind-burns.
local1400
The highest wind speed ever recorded (231 mph) was on top of Mount Washington, NH. Home of the New Hampshire Primary.
MarkS
That's only because they don't have an anemometer between Rush and Al.
le Voyageur
Regent University mind melds with Liberty University to cast out deamons, and perform exorcisms.....
allangr1024
Voyageur, I thought that religion was being handled in the thead about Mormons being Christian. Whats up?
MarkS
I'm just trying to figure out why you'd want to perform an exorcism on an idle background task... :-S
le Voyageur
Nothing really about religion, as religion in a way. More about the political manipulation being used to narrow separation between church and state without regard to the 1st Amendment. These two universities are the political engines driving this country toward a theocracy, producing the next generation of leaders to take this country into their brave new world. They can make, or break any candidate that won't kow tow to their world view.... Liberty University, and the Thomas Road Baptist Church (http://home.trbc.org/), a super church was created by the late Jerry Falwell, and Regent is Pat Robinson's cash cow... le Voyageur
I'm a creative speller, as well as it's a known fact that my keyboard is possessed.....it should be "demon", not daemon, or what ever it was that the keyboard desided to spell out...
