eisely
Big Dog does raise a valid point. Suppose that a liability case is being litigated against BSA somewhere and the case is assigned to an out of the closet homosexual judge. Wouldn't BSA be entitled to challenge that judge? Would BSA be entitled to inquire as to the sexual orientation of the judge and/or jurors if nobody was out of the closet?
