WHEELER

Recommended Posts

This thread was spun from another thread.1. Abolition of private property.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

3. Abolition of all right of inheritance.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

5. A central bank.

6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.

7. State ownership of the means of production

8. Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country.

10. Free education for all children in public schools.(1)

Government Control of education.

Every plank of The Communist Manifesto has been implemented in the United States.

On of the first communist communities was started by Robert Owen in Indiana, in the U.S. A. in 1825. Karl Marx refers to Owen in The Communist Manifesto. (2) In 1880, there were over 200 Socialist and Communist Societies and groups in America.

Abolition of private property. If you stop paying your property taxes, who takes your property? The government. So who owns all the property in the country? The government. You are just a deed holder. A property tax is a lease payment. When you cant make the lease payment, the government forces you off and moves another leasee on. For example, even if the property is completely paid off and you have not paid your property tax, the government seizes the property. How can Americans say they are free when they live in fear every year of losing their property? Private Property is the backbone of Freedom.

Graduated Income Tax. The U. S. Supreme Court struck this down eight times as unconstitutional. One time being in 1895. It was finally passed in 1913. Where did Karl Marx get the idea of a income tax? From the bible. God commanded a tithe of all. What is a tithe? It is an income tax. Whereas God treats the rich and poor alike, Marx seeks for income re-distribution which is evil and unrighteous, i.e.Thou shalt not steal. But treating one class differently than another is only for the sake of stealing from one and giving to another. In Ex. 30:15, The rich shall not give more and the poor shall not give less.

Abolition of Inheritance. 50% tax on inheritances. To make sure you can not pass it on. Why do you think those big foundations, Carnegie, Ford, Mellon, Kellogg, got started? Because if they didnt start those foundations, the government was going to seize their wealth upon their death beds.

Confiscation of property. Many times before a defendant appears in court and is adjudged guilty by a jury of his peers, the government seizes cars from johns seizes cars and property from drug dealers and anybody that happens to have large cash on them when boarding an airplane. A farmer who crushes an endangered species with his tractor will have his property confiscated by the government.

Central Bank. Look at the top of the dollar bill in your pocket. What does it say at the very top? Federal Reserve. Is this a government agency? No, just like Federal Express is not a government agency. The Federal Reserve is a private bank with a public appointed body to run it. What does the Constitution say about money? The Congress and Congress ALONE shall COIN money. It never says anything about printing it. The Federal Reserve creates money out of thin air, gives it to the Government and charges interest on it. Couldnt Congress create money out of thin air without charging interest on it?

Government ownership of transportation. Is not driving a privilege granted to us by the state? Did we need the governments permission to hitch up a horse and ride it?

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, its a duck! America is a communist/socialist state. Every plank has been implemented in this country.

In the Manifesto, Karl Marx calls for Free Trade. Who supports free trade in this country? (3) He also called for the ending of patriarchy. (4) What is the opposite of patriarchy? Matriarchy, or more specific, Feminism. The Republican Party is Conservative Socialist, the Republican Party made possible the passage of the graduated income tax and is the supporter for free trade and the Democratic Party is Liberal Socialist.

Not only was the Federal Reserve and the Income Tax implemented in l913 but another major event happened in that same era. That was the change in the makeup of the Senate. The Christian Founding Fathers had the Senators appointed by the State Legislators. The Senate was to represent the State, as a corporate individual, in the Federal Government; to represent the concerns of the Aristocracy of America; to represent and be a champion for the Rule of Law and to be a check on the House of Representatives in a true Republic. Now, Senators are voted in by the people. Now, there is no check on the demos. The Senators and the Representatives all pander to the vice of the demos. We are now a full fledged democracy. And as Socrates says, Tyranny arises out of no other form than a democracy.

Welcome to the Socialist States of Amerika! Huey Long, the Louisiana Politician, said Fascism will come to America by calling itself democracy. While we party and have a good time, other people, without resistance, are completing their plans.

And yet, when I have spoken to actual Communists and socialists, they regard this country as being a capitalist oligarchy in which the people have no real power; they regard "social programs" (which you think help mark us as a socialist country) as just being a small bone thrown to the masses to stave off real social change and economic justice; while you call Democrats Liberal Socialists and Republicans Conservative Socialists, actual socialists refer to the "Democratic and Republican wings of the American Capitalist Party." Slightly to the left of Wheeler, of course, are conservatives who think the Democratic party is infested with socialists. I have to laugh when I hear someone on the radio refer to Bill Clinton as a "socialist." Socialist presidents don't push NAFTA through Congress.

I do understand, Wheeler, that from your perspective none of the above makes any sense. You think the socialists have won. Real socialists know that they have basically lost. And the rest of us in the middle, I think, sort of muddle through trying to make progress on one issue at a time, in the direction we think best, whether it be for or against tax cuts, for or against more education spending, or whatever, and voting for candidates who actually have a chance of winning, even if we might really prefer someone more to our own way of thinking. Or is that a little too practical for a Big Thinker such as yourself, Wheeler?

"Blessed is the man who has not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, and has not stood in the way of sinners, and has not sat in the seat of evil men.

"But his pleasure is in the law of the Lord; and in his law he will meditate both day and night.

That's right Trail Pounder. Your merit badge book on Citizenship for country has a flawed definition of a Republic. None of you including your executive committee has a clue on what virtue is. I spent my time to know, you spend your time to gain money.

For the importance of this post:

As Igor Shafarevich wrote in his excellent essay Socialism In Our Past And Future and Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote in From Under the Rubble, the destruction of religion and the family are central to socialist ideology.

This mouse came into a bar and asked for a round of Jack Daniels for everyone. The crowd was excited to know that the mouse could speak and they were amazed that the mouse had enough intelligence to know what to order and frankly they were even more amazed that he had the money to pay for it.

The moral of the story is that if you feel that you have something important to say, make sure it is worthwhile or people will just think you are just a poor little mouse.

Culture defines Politics. I have provided three seperate witnesses to this truth. Culture defines Politics is a principle of LIFE. Only the foolish man ignores this principle.

With socialist culture comes socialist politics. With socialist politics comes socialist culture. One cannot divorce the two. Everything exists in a harmony. The Web of Life. Feminism is socialist modality. This points to the fact of socialist politics in our society. WOW. A convergence. There is harmony between the culture and the politics.

This is stated in Plato's Republic. Microcosm/Macrocosm. What goes in one sphere, so goes the other sphere. The physical-cosm is not divorced from the metaphysical-cosm. The physical-cosm is not split from the spiritual-cosm. The Microcosm is a reflection of the Macrocosm. The Macrocosm is a reflection of the Microcosm.

Please see a demonstration of this fact in the post "What is a Republic".

Change the spiritual reality and one changes the physical reality. Clothes make the man. What is one the inside is portrayed on the outside. Words are a sign of the inside of a man. Microcosm/macrocosm. One cannot escape this paradigm.

Our culture is socialistic, our government reflects this. Duh!
