NJ, like I said, I may not have it worded right, but if you read the third paragraph of my post, I said whether or not the perp was homo or heterosexual. I would not distinguish between troops, all troops would need the insurance. If a CO approves an alchoholic as an adult leader and the leader while drunk causes ain injury or death, shouldn't the CO be held responsible? It was just a thought to force more CO activity, but if its unworkable, I have other things I can ponder(This message has been edited by OldGreyEagle)
