OldGreyEagle
I cant take it anymore, I have tried to ignore this for weeks and I cant stand it. I hate to be the one who asks it, but I have a feeling unless I do, I will never understand Just what does IHMO or LHMO or whatever that is mean? I was hoping to figure it out in the context it was used, but I admit I cant. Please, tell me, what does it mean?
Dedicated Dad
IMHO In my humble opinion! LMHO I've never seen before.

Mike Long
Judging by it's similatity to another acronym I'm thinking...... LMHO-laughing my head off?
jmcquillan
Mike's probably right on the LMHO thing. It would be a much more Scout-like version of the internet-forum-popular "LMAO".
Dedicated Dad
LHMO you may be mistaking with LMAO which means, and I apologize in advance for anyone offended, laughing my @$$ off. Then there is ROFLMAO which means, rolling on floor LMAO.

jmcquillan
Of course, as I just noticed, in a thread like this, with a subject like this, one would expect that all the current posters are "senior" members. What does that tell us?
OldGreyEagle
That you all are commendable scouters eager to lend a helping hand to a fellow scouter in need?

OldGreyEagle
Not closet, I am an open and practising Winnie the Pooh fan, my favorite character is Eyore and can sing the theme song and have around many a campfire (although usually unacommpanied by any one else) and wait, shouldnt that be aa milner, or is that ee cummings, dang I used to know...(This message has been edited by OldGreyEagle)
Rooster7
OGE, I know we've had our disagreements, but I must admit you're a likeable character. Any friend of Pooh is friend of mine (or at least my two-old-daughter). ;-)
FScouter
Hmmm ... Remembering Pooh and Piglet on the hunt for the heffalump. I wonder if there's a way to weave that adventure into the 1st class orienteering lesson. Will have to give that some thought.
