moosetracker
Sounds great, but I have no plans for flying to Italy (is that where it's held? The course didn't say, but your "about us" page said Italy..) If anyone wants a course a little more closer to home, in the gorgous New England Fall foliage, we have a course also in the Fall here in NH.. But it is 2 weekends broken up in Sept 16 - 18 and Sept 30 - Oct 1st.. http://www.nhscouting.org/registration/calendardetail.asp?orgkey=1801&ActivityKey=891631 If Scoutbox is promoting, I might as well jump on the bandwagon.. We might as well all get flamed for spamming by promoting our Woodbadges on the forum. Moosetracker Scribe for Woodbadge N1-330-11-

ScoutBox
Course N2-802-11-1 will be held in Bavaria, Germany. Oberdachstetten. It's a great place for a course. I just though I'd post the course on here because firstly, I was told it's hard for some to get on course in some Councils in the States. And second, we are getting several people from the States coming over to take the course. It's a 6x1 course. So you get it done and over with in one week. Also the location is wonderful. We had a several people last year fly over for the course. and this year we have several flying in from several other countries outside of the EU. moosetracker
Just kidding with you Scoutbox, about the spamming.. What is with the ";" in the middle of your link? I needed to copy it out and remove it, then I get the link up. Bavaria, sounds nice.. Hey, Readyman, Greater Niagria.. That might be in the area I was born & lived in until I was 7. Tondawanda NY, was a short drive to Niagria.. That's a nice spot too.

Readyman
Moosetracker, You are absolutely correct! I live on Grand Island, NY. It is an Island in the middle of the Niagara River, between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Our Western shore overlooks Canada, and our Eastern shore overlooks Tonawanda, your hometown. We really have GREAT Summers in this neck of the woods. The lake breezes help to keep us comfortable in the summer. The Niagara River and the Great Lakes have really terrific boating. I am putting together an Erie Canal Trip with some friends in August. Our Wood Badge Course is being held at Scout Haven. It is a great camp in Freedom, NY about an hours south of Buffalo. It should prove to be a great time!
