Got ya. Thought it was kinda funny that venturers were on staff. Although to the patrols they were assigned to, they were Owles, etc.

 

As for WB and Venturers, I don't know what to think. I am all for 18-20 yos getting training, and it is a pet peeve of mine when they get 'discounted" b/c of their age, but there is also KODIAC for Venturers, which I don't know much about.

 

And let's not forget NYLT, which I am told uses almost the saem format as WB, and I gatehr that impression because of teh awarding of WB beads to adutl staffers of that course. But that is another topic.
