Does anyone have a good system for Pack Trainers to track and keep records of your leaders training?

I have not used the training trax Neal mentioned, but I have used their Webelos trax and liked it enough, that when I resumed being WDL after a couple of years absence, the first thing I did was download the latest update. Now I am ready to get my boys going. If the training one is anything like the others, they are simple to use and simple to create reports when you need one.

I've never used the training Trax, but the other Trax forms are very good. As for our Pack, we use PackMaster to track all training.

I have used the trax programs and have had good success. They are pretty easy to use and I think they are well made. Not to mention they are usually updated pretty fairly. I need to go in and get thigns updated for the year, but I use the trax for our training.

Neal - Thanks so much for Trax suggestion. I use it for my den already. I never thought to check if they have an adult training trax. That's awesome. I also noticed that they've all been updated as of April 2009. I even found a trax form for my wife's Daisey troop.
