SR540Beaver
Our first staff meeting is two weeks away, so I don't know what critter I'll guide. One could only hope it is a superior critter such as the great and mighty beaver, but I'll suffer thru whatever I'm given.
John-in-KC
Beav, You need to guide for a nice, predatory bird, something that swoops down on Beavers and eats them for lunch. Beavers are best when their pelts become fur felt hats. Consider the Eagles or the Owls... John A Good old Owl too. tongue firmly in cheek
Loping Okie
Took my course in the spring... Melted the first weekend and froze the second (2 weeks later) weekend wearing everything in our packs. So goes Oklahoma weather.. most any time of the year. If you don't like it stick around a few days. Hope you get the Lopes... thats a good sign for any WB course.
BSAChaplain
I took mine out of council last summer for a number of reasons, the greatest of which was timing. I had a great time and don't regret it. Well, I'm back to working on my ticket item. Look for my new thread in this forum and help me with one of my ticket items. Please help me on my ticket item Let's hear it for the raptors! I will always be and Eagle (Scout), but I used to be an Owl and a good old Owl too.
