Scouting4Ever
Since the award has different requirements for each rank, are Scouts allowed to earn it each year provided they fulfill the requirements each year? Does your Pack award the same pin each year that a Scout earns the award? Thanks for your input, I appreciate it.
ScouterAdam
Scouts can earn it each year provided they complete the requirements for that year. If your Pack Committee wants to pay for the pin each time, fine. However, it seems silly to do so since the pin itself does not change. I would award a certificate stating that they achieved the award in their current rank. It's cheaper and gives instant recoginition that they have gotten it.
