Editable Den Leader Forms

Where can I get Den planning and attendance / advancement forms in a editable format?

 

Either Word / Excel something that I can use on the computer to create forms that the rest of my den leaders / parents can read easily?

 

Particullaryly the Tiger Cub Den Meeting Planner is my first need.

 

Thanks for the help! I've spent some time on google already and can only come up with the PDF forms that are not editable.

If you find one let me know. I think it would be great to have. That way, not only could I go through and plpan our upcoming meetingsbut I would be able to save the plans for future denleader use.

For the attendance / advancement, I found these which are in Excel:

The den planning one wouldn't be too difficult to create new.
