Texas is on our list of possible states to move to, so who knows...?

Torveaux, the Texas Badge is sponsored by the Sam Houston Area Council -- so if you have an idea for such a badge, you might approach your local Council about it.

 

Sounds like a great Wood Badge ticket item (hint, hint) for those who need a ticket suggestion!

 

Finally, please note that Tigers are not eligible for the Texas Badge -- not sure why that prohibition is there.

I would check with your council to see if your state has a badge already. I know that a while back someone on this board from Michigan was talking about their state badge requirements. There may be one for each state and we just don't know it.

P.S. I don't know about the Sam Houston Area Council but I do know that I am in a different council a long way from that council and we earned the Texas badge. I don't think (and this is JMHO) that is sponsered by just one council.(This message has been edited by cubbingcarol)
