Jody
Hi! Although I'm usually fairly resourceful online, I've not been able to find anything that would indicate what colors represent what awards (and in what order) for the arrow that is to be used during the Arrow of Light ceremony. Does anyone have any idea on where to find this information? Would really appreciate any help on this...thanks, and Happy New Year, Jody
MomScouter
If you mean color bands for the arrow, I think they are: orange - Tiger red - Wolf dk. blue - Bear gold - gold arrow point silver - silver arrow points lt. blue - Webelos yellow - Arrow of Light I separated each band with some pinstriping from a body shop. I got a kit on the internet which contained a nice plaque to mount the arrow as well as an engraved plate.
Jody
Ooooh! Thank you! Yes, I will copy that to use in decorating the arrows for our Arrow of Light ceremony. I think there's also a certain width involved for each color or whatever, but at least you've given me a start as to what to put and in what order...hope you're having a great New Year, Jody
