Marty_Doyle
There is at least 12 up for auction on Ebay right now, and it is still carried in the BSA Supply catalog - http://www.scoutstuff.org/cgi/catalog.

Overtrained
Ron, If you talking about the Military style service cap (you could hang over your belt), then no they are not a supply item anymore. Bob H
dancinfox
Ron, If your talking about the old 50's and 60's service cap, I have one you can have. Scoutmaster Ron
Tks dancin fox I sent you my address. The service cap let's see how can I describe it, it's shaped kinda like the old McDonald's paper caps their employees used to wear. Or better yet Gomer Pyle usually wore one. Bob White
The correct uniform term was the "overseas hat" sometimes reffered to as the "envelope hat". It was replaced by the red beret, and while no longer in production it is still an official uniform piece. Bob White
Fat Old Guy
I call it a garrison cap and they are available on ebaY. If you have a big head, it can take a while to find an extra large. Both the wool and cotton versions may be found.
