About a year ago a ran across a website of a troop that had posted what requirements were being worked on by the younger scouts that meeting, but cannot find it now.
Am looking for help in developing a syllabus for the younger scouts to help them reach towards first class [the one year plan], and to help the older scouts and adult leaders plan and help them achieve first class... My hope is that by having such a framework in place, we can plan merit badge offerings, games, community projects, Webelos visit activities, allied Venturing crew possible help, and maybe even service projects around the framework. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
Will be glad to share results once we implement such a syllabus.
