MaryAnn, Thank you for your response; however I don't think I was clear on what I needed...I have downloaded the Merit Badge Counselor Info Form #34405; what I was looking for is the actual Adult Application for Scouting which must accompany this merit badge form...I can't seem to find this anywhere...it is council specific; at least in the Central Florida District which our troop comes under...Thank you and I still would like to know of any site that has the Original Adult Application for getting involved in the Boy Scouts of America...generic applicaiton would be fine. Thanks again for your help & providing this forum...
