Many moons ago, when I was a Cub Scout, we mad a weather burro. It was a burro made with a tin can body and yarn for a mane and tail. It had a sign on it with things like 'if the tail is wet, it's raining' and 'if the tail is gone it's a tornado'. Does anyone have any plans so my den could make them?
