Hello, I would say to go with the PST or PstII, I am a Ranger and carry a Pst. I use it most of the day, The one I carry on my Belt was a gift from my brother inlaw about 7 or 8 Years ago. I brought a new Pst for my off duty time. You have to remenber that pocket types will wear a hole in your pocket. And large belt types get very heavy at times and get hung up on brush and trees. But i must also say that my Dad carried a swiss for 40 years. It's your call.
