Planning for our third Michigan International Camporee, which will take place from August 1-8, 2004, at Northwoods Scout Reservation near West Branch, Michigan, is well under way. This event is run by Chief Okemos Council BSA and has been submitted by International Division BSA for inclusion in the WOSM International Events list. We already have contingents planning to participate from Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Guatemala, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jamaica, Jordan, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Peru, The Philippines, Slovakia, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, UK (England), and UK (Scotland), and expect once again to have contingents from more countries than any other event in the US except the National Jamboree.
