Hi. I am a new COR, chartering a Family Pack (and eventually, potentially, boys and girls troops) through the Odd Fellows. I was never a Cub Scout, but I was a Scout through 2nd Class, and I have no memory of why I dropped out. I see lots of good info here, but I seem unabe to react to posts. Is that an earned privelege? Any tips for a new COR?
