    Hi, I am new to the forum. I have been a Scouter since my son started as a tiger (he is now in 9th grade.) I was his den leader and the committee chair for the pack. When he went to the troop I joined the committee and just recently I was asked to be Advancement Chair. I am hoping the forum can provide support for me being advancement chair. Thanks
