    The pin on the back looks very similar to a safety pin.

    I was recently looking through my collection of Scout memorabilia and came across two Bobcat pins, one with a simple pin back and one with a post and clutch back. I cannot remember which one was my original Bobcat pin from the 1950's. Does anyone know when each of these back was in use?
