I am hoping someone in forum might know why I see this behavior from the Troopmaster Mobile App. The mobile app will show the next rank my scouts are working on with a gray bar, see photo 1. But I have four scouts where there is no gray bar for the next rank, see photo 2. The progress does show their next rank, see photo 3. The same scout is used as example in photos 2 & 3. Does anyone have any ideas on why there is no gray bar in the mobile app? YIS, -Will, Adv. Chair Troop 483 Stilwell, KS
