If a pack conducts a fun activity as say Laser Tag event, Is the crossed over den could participate with pack and pack need to pay for that?

When the Webelos cross over to Boys scouts troop from Cubs Scout Pack, 1. Still the crossed over, Webelos Den participate in Pack Activities. 2. If the pack conducts pack paid fun activities, is that could be leveraged to crossed over Webelos since they are already part of the troop ? Response is highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot for your responses, The real patrol activities starts once the Webelos joins the Troop, at the same time, the scouts may join different Troop, Some may drop, and they need wear the patch on Boy Scout Uniform not on the Cub Scout Uniform, Is it the pack's responsibility to Hand Over the patches or or It is Troop responsibility to hand over the patches once they the Troop?

For this requirement, The Web II scouts did the above requirement, The question is that are the Webelos II earns a Patrol Patch from the Pack, Or the Web II, earns the patch once they join the Troop?
