My great grandfather, "Dad" Goodwin, was very involved in scouting in Casper at the turn of the century. He earned the Silver Beaver for his Scouting. My father took me to Independence Rock in the 60's and told me the Grampa Goodwin signed the rock. I am thinking it may have been at this event. Does anyone have any information on "Dad" Goodwin by chance?
